We traded our car for a 16 Ram. We were told it was a contingency and the vehicle would arrive within two days for us to look at and make a final decision. They put us in a loaner and had me sign some pa contingency and the vehicle would arrive within two days for us to look at and make a final decision. They put us in a loaner and had me sign some paperwork. That two days turned to over six weeks with little communication from Patriot about where it was or what was being done to it. We were told they would help with the first payment or help with the title fee, neither of which they did. Now the loan company is wanting us to provide proof of insurance from the first day we signed the "contigent" offer or they'll charge us $1200. I truly regret this purchase. I purchased a 21 Ram from them a few weeks prior and had no issues. More
