Simply put, 'Mazda man" Doug CLARK a true professional, made the transaction smooth with the uttermost professionalism, specially when the Dealer at that time was having some serious (comp / internet issue made the transaction smooth with the uttermost professionalism, specially when the Dealer at that time was having some serious (comp / internet issues ), but because of the long wait a full week, to get paperwork done ( license and Docs fees etc.. )Doug Clark was able to shave off a couple hundred $ off my original price and even more important to me was the constant COMMUNICATION with me for hat entire 10 days waiting process, to me that was (TOP NOTCH SERVICE from the Mazda Man Doug Clark) at Ira Mazda in Westwood. i would surely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle @ ira Mazda, make sure to reach Doug Clark ( Mazda Man) at Ira Mazda in Westwood, ....Satisfaction guaranteed Yves Belony Proud owner of Toyota Rav4 Hybrid Thank You so much Doug....nice working with you More

The service at this dealership is by far the best I have ever experienced. Scheduling is easy (on-line or on the phone), and the customer service group is top notch. They are professional, knowledgeable, and quickly respond to any questions you have. You receive texts and phone calls from them letting you know the status of your vehicle. They could give lessons on what customer service should be. I highly recommend Ira Mazda for both their product and their amazing service. More
