Let me tell you, NOT ONCE was I pressured or persuaded into anything! He took his time to first get to know me instead of just trying to make a sale. He really listened and HEARD everything I had to say. He really went the extra mile and busted his tail to get me the rate that was literally perfect for me! I had honestly expected the worst (I was trying to prepare myself lol) and oh my gosh was I wrong! I walked in knowing what I wanted and walked out with exactly that! But that’s not all. I ended up not doing a trade in with my other vehicle. Doug went that extra step and helped me get my cars home! No one has ever done that, much less offer!
