Very poor customer service in dealing with salesman and service department. They accused me of something that was done by your dealership. My front windshield leaked shortly after I bought the car as it sa service department. They accused me of something that was done by your dealership. My front windshield leaked shortly after I bought the car as it sat outside in the rain. They said that was impossible. Again it leaked when I had to leave it outside in the rain. I took great pictures of the water in my car. I showed the photos, and was told it would be taken care of. The service department accused me of replacing my windshield with an “aftermarket” one. I said that was impossible because I had had the car for just over one year and it was sold to me as the loaner and was Lexus certified. Then , all of a sudden, I was told that Lexus had replaced the windshield with an aftermarket one and that’s why it leaked. When I asked for the windshield to be replaced with a Lexus one, I was told they were “too expensive” and would take 6 months to get. Being so disgusted with your sales and service department, I am selling my car back to you and telling all my friends what happened. Being a widow and 83 years old, I have to rely on people telling me the truth which was not done in this case. So, I feel that I got screwed buying the car and selling it back to you.
