From the moment we walked into Don Mealey Sports Subaru, we felt completely at ease. My experience actually began over the phone with Dorothy Blandi from the Internet Department. From the start, she was kind, transparent, and genuinely caring — it honestly felt like talking with a family member who truly wanted to take care of us. She handled the preliminary details smoothly and introduced us to Alberto, which couldn’t have been a better fit. When we arrived at the dealership, Alberto Maymo greeted not only me, but also my wife and our two sons, making us feel welcome right away. Alberto was patient, honest, and very mindful of our budget and what we were looking for. There was never any pressure. What truly stood out was how attentive he was to our entire family. At one point, my sons mentioned wanting to see a display car. Alberto overheard them, grabbed the keys, opened the doors, turned the car on, and let them sit inside. He even took time to show them another model and explain details just to keep them engaged. That extra effort meant more than he probably realized. When it came time to finalize everything, Jonathan Hernandez from the Finance Department made the process just as smooth. The numbers were clearly explained, the conversation was transparent, and the entire experience felt more like talking with a close friend than sitting in a finance office. Dorothy is quite a rude salesperson and should find another line of work. She called my number during my business hours, and I politely answered the phone. I let Dorothy know that I am not available at another line of work. She called my number during my business hours, and I politely answered the phone. I let Dorothy know that I am not available at the moment and she rudely responded, "Well why did you answer the phone then?" before hanging up. Newsflash Dorothy, it could have been an emergency. Additionally, I had already told her I was no longer interested in that vehicle, yet she continued to call and call anyway. I will probably avoid buying a car from any Don Mealey dealership after this experience. More
