The service technician "could not figure out" how to lift my 2023 F250 service truck to complete the requested tire rotation. Yikes! I wonder if they knew how to do the oil change? If you work at the Ford dealership as a service technician at any level, lifting a truck and removing tires should be a very basic skill required of said service technician. Training should be done in this area. Lifts, floor jacks, bumper jacks, etc. More
