Unprofessional Sales Manager alert! !!! Our sales person Dorian was very knowledgeable about the Atlas Cross Sport that we were looking to purchase and even found the exact vehicle from !!! Our sales person Dorian was very knowledgeable about the Atlas Cross Sport that we were looking to purchase and even found the exact vehicle from another dealer. When we came in to negotiate our deal, Dorian asked what more they could do to secure our deal. We expressed what we wanted more for our trade-in and as close to 0%/60 month finance rate (Nissan's current deal). The Sales Manager Anthony Pociask came out of his office and was seething that we had the nerve to even ask. Absolutely no negotiation. His behavior made Dorian and us so uncomfortable and we could hardly get out of the showroom fast enough. His behavior was so disrespectful, unprofessional and uncalled for, and he totally blew the deal for Dorian. BTW, it was the same deal that we had already secured from Schaumburg Nissan and they were amazing to deal with!!!! More
