I joined the automotive industry in 2013 after working as the Marketing Director for a Montessori School. My favorite Audi model is the RS Q8. I want to give a huge shoutout to Doreen at Audi Napa Valley. She was absolutely amazing in my car buying/ leasing process. I contacted the Napa Valley team after test driving a Q5, and found that this t Valley. She was absolutely amazing in my car buying/ leasing process. I contacted the Napa Valley team after test driving a Q5, and found that this team in particular really went above and beyond. Doreen helped me navigate the lease process, answered a million questions, got on the phone with me after hours to work through the final parts of the process so we could finish in one day, and was the picture of transparency, kindness, and partnership. Mo was also wonderful. He sent me videos of the car I found online, gave me an in depth understanding of the technology when I was picking it up, and even walked me through some questions by phone after I left. Doreen is outstanding at her job, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I will continue to go to her and her team from now on whenever me or anyone in my family needs a new car. Thank you for all the help! More
