We bought our car in March and at that time we had a good experience and actually put a good review on here. Once the car was sold to us by the dealer, it has taken an Act of Congress to deal with any busine experience and actually put a good review on here. Once the car was sold to us by the dealer, it has taken an Act of Congress to deal with any business after the fact. We had issues with our trade in pay off; issues with a prior purchase Gap reimbursement. Bought an additional vehicle tracking service and the dealer never put it through, so we asked for a reimbursement. It has been over a month and still haven’t got it resolved and we’re lied to about being reimbursed directly (they told us we were misinformed and the money would go to the finance company instead). We now have to go into the dealer because whenever we call the main number, it’s a never ending loop when calling in. When we leave messages we don’t get any calls back. We know our experience with this dealership was really good when we purchased the car but now they have their sale, the customer is not of importance anymore. Buyer beware of anything you need to deal with after the fact! I also posted this on Facebook and will post this everywhere else I can to warn others. Frustration at its highest!!! More

Dealing with finances is a nightmare. I bought my vehicle from here but recently sold it..I had purchased an extended warranty and no one calls you back. Leaving voicemails doesn’t help. I don’t live close b from here but recently sold it..I had purchased an extended warranty and no one calls you back. Leaving voicemails doesn’t help. I don’t live close by so driving there is not an option. I will never refer anyone to purchase a vehicle here because they don’t care unless they have your money. I drove there last week and spoke with someone, not sure who but it was a male and he helped me at first but didn’t give me a time frame and no one answers the phone. More

Call Me a Happy Camper This Dealership has been my home since 1999 when I turned in my Chevy. I have leased a total of (4) vehicles there. One of them was involved in a seri This Dealership has been my home since 1999 when I turned in my Chevy. I have leased a total of (4) vehicles there. One of them was involved in a serious and damaging accident and I thought I would have to total it, but Honda (my Mechanic, George saved the day and I drove it for several years more). I have had only one salesperson for the first three vehicles and was skeptical about interacting with a new sales person since Nina P. retired. But, I had nothing to fear, J.P. in sales made the entire experience user friendly and I left feeling as though I had know him all along. He is an experienced master at sales making what could be a difficult experience enjoyable and positive. Even when I presented with a problem afterward, he handled it masterfully. Thanks for everything J.P. And I was upset when my service person, Mike left, but was so relieved and happy to see him back. He has offered me valuable information and advice over the years. And, if my Mechanic, George, is off work for the day, I will reschedule; NOBODY knows cars like George and I trust him to the moon and back. He even comes out after examining my car and spends time explaining the problems to me/very personal service. And I LOVE my new CRV. More
