My experience, from my first visit throughout picking up the new vehicle was A+ throughout.. The only reason the stars above are not all 5 Stars and because I have not dealt the entire Handy Toyota --- and the new vehicle was A+ throughout.. The only reason the stars above are not all 5 Stars and because I have not dealt the entire Handy Toyota --- and let's be real, usually even The Best can get a bit better! That said, overall great experience, and I look forward to continuing to work with the Staff at Handy Toyota. Donovan was particularly patient with me and has answered all my questions (so far :)) -- even the dumb ones! More

I mostly interfaced with Jordan, quite extensively over e-mail and then in person. Donovan assisted in finalizing the documentation. Both were very courteous, professional and accommodating. They were helpful and did not even question me wanting the oil change done at 1200 miles. Maintenance is important to me and I wanted the break in oil changed early.
