I would give Koons Kia of Woodbridge a minus-0 rating if I could!!!! They are the worse dealership I have ever dealt with. Sure they are nice while sticking the knife in your back. They sold me a very expen I could!!!! They are the worse dealership I have ever dealt with. Sure they are nice while sticking the knife in your back. They sold me a very expensive vehicle that had a major oil leak; later learning of other problems. They agreed to repay the $7,000 I spent for the current repairs, overnighted a cashiers check & the next morning put a STOP PAYMENT on it! They refused to take my calls, speak to me or respond to anything!!!! THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!! The General Manager, Donovan Badamirza is a joke. He would not speak with me. I filed a complaint with the VA Attorney General & they didn't even respond to them. My best friend also purchased a vehicle from them & it didn't even make it home. They also refused to correct her situation. I would recommend, NEVER dealing with this disaster of a dealership. RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION, don't believe anything they say! They do not stand behind their product & do not honor their promises. RUN!!!!!!! What happened to GOOD FAITH!!!! They have no idea what that means. xxxx Poor SERVICE! More

After visiting two other Kia dealerships in the area and leaving disappointed, Koons Kia in Woodbridge was by far my best experience as a customer. They didn’t try and sell me - they instead listened to wha leaving disappointed, Koons Kia in Woodbridge was by far my best experience as a customer. They didn’t try and sell me - they instead listened to what I was looking for, gave me facts and intel I needed to make an informed decision, and then made me a deal I couldn’t refuse. I highly recommend Jordan Smith if you’re looking for someone to start with that will make the entire process as painless as possible! More

The dealership in my opinion is superior in transparency with the customer. I was shown the vehicle and did a walk around and given ownership history which made me feel assured that what I seeing is what I with the customer.
