I will definitely call Shah Raufi tomorrow to see if his customer service skills are better than his employees'. It would be nice if this issue could be resolved in a responsive, fair manner, but Based on my HORRIBLE, VERY STRESSFUL, experience with Koons, I am not very optimistic that will happen. Fair is Fair & Koons should in “GOOD FAITH” own up to their responsibility & at least their promise to reimburse the $7,000 they agreed to pay, not to mention the additional money I lost in this HORRIFIC deal. I will definitely keep the public informed of the outcome.
