Rip off artists. They had my car for over year! That is how long it took them to figure out the problem. They gave me a high price to repair the car and when I agreed They had my car for over year! They gave me a high price to repair the car and when I agreed for the price, they called me back and told me that the it would cost another $900 for the labor. I had just been released from the intensive care unit at VCU hospital and was unable to pick up the car so they had it towed off the lot and the tow truck operator wanted $700 for the tow.
