Came in to Don Ringler Chevrolet months back and dealt with Mr. Cook and unfortunately didn’t make a deal at that time. We left and visited a couple of local Chevy Dealers to find out that maybe we made a with Mr. Cook and unfortunately didn’t make a deal at that time. We left and visited a couple of local Chevy Dealers to find out that maybe we made a mistake not buying from Don Ringler months before. We came back and ended up buying the exact truck we wanted! Charlie was very knowledgeable and straightforward with the process. NO usual sales tactics that the other two previous dealers tried on us. Thank you Don Ringler for having the staff that treat you like family. More

I don’t think I’ve ever been treated better by a car dealer in my life and I’ve dealt with many. I knew I had the right salesperson the minute she answered my first question. Debbie Shepperd treated me dealer in my life and I’ve dealt with many. I knew I had the right salesperson the minute she answered my first question. Debbie Shepperd treated me like a king and the dealer’s overall approach was extremely accommodating. The processing was very fast and efficient and my time there was determined more by me than by the dealer’s actions. After much research and eyes on several dealers I felt I’d hit the jackpot. It’s a car dealership but it felt more like a family outing. Congrats on good policy, great personal interaction, and excellent people. More
