My overall purchase of my CRV was ok and loved my salesman Donnie. However, when I realized my SUV bluetooth would not connect to my phone, I immediately contacted them about this and the rattle in t salesman Donnie. However, when I realized my SUV bluetooth would not connect to my phone, I immediately contacted them about this and the rattle in the driver side door. It also needed an alignment, but easy fix. I brought it into the shop where they fixed the alignment and informed me I had to take it to Honda for the door rattle and bluetooth issues. Honda gladly fixed the door, they were a bit confused why Toyota could not do it. My bluetooth issue is still not resolved. Had I known this did not work, I would have bought a different SUV. Honda said there may be an update in the future but the vehicle will be out of warranty then and it will be another cost. I went to Riley because of the great reputation, and incredible service offered. Highly disappointed with this situation. More
