I was born and raised in Monroe LA. I, along with my beautiful wife, Jamiliah Davis, and three children have been in the Lafayette area since 2011. There are many factors that contributed to our decision to remain here. It has been a delight to take part in the hospitable culture that is unique to Acadiana, the unforgettable cajun twist to food, and its value on family. My work experience in retail and volunteering has developed my ability to serve the public with excellent customer service. Unfair call I was at one of Hampton Toyota’s sister companies on Johnston street at lunch today. I test drove the vehicle that I was looking for. My experience in I was at one of Hampton Toyota’s sister companies on Johnston street at lunch today. I test drove the vehicle that I was looking for. My experience in this vehicle was excellent. Not long after lunch I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle I test drove. We went through the credit application process with the promise to return to the dealership shortly after 4. My salesman whom took care of our needs could not find the vehicle I test drove hours before. After much investigation we found the vehicle was picked up and brought to Hampton Toyota even after I completed the credit application with my salesman. We were told the vehicle was pulled for another customer yet it was still on premises at 5:30. It appears Hampton Toyota has NO regards to the customers of their sister lots. I strongly discourage any future business with Hampton Toyota. Regards, Family of 5 More
