Purchased my car from Donnie a few years after he helped my brother out with purchasing his first car. Process was quick and simple, Donnie was very upfront about what was possible for me, and he made it ha my brother out with purchasing his first car. Anytime I have any questions about the car or things about it he’s quick to help out and reach back out to me. Donnie will always be the guy I go to for a car! He cares about you and your car even months after you purchase it from him! 10/10 experience! More

We came into the dealership after having visited another one earlier in the day. We worked with Donnie. He asked us what type of car and deal we wanted and we gave him our requirements. Great salesman and great attitude. Would definitely work with him again if we need another car. More

There’s no succinct way to convey how terrible the car-buying experience was with Grieco. The employees there are incompetent, dishonest, had no respect for our time, and were shockingly quick to blam car-buying experience was with Grieco. The employees there are incompetent, dishonest, had no respect for our time, and were shockingly quick to blame every other person in their own company for any issue. We went in with an appointment to look at a specific car on a Saturday. We had researched the price, the rate, I.e. we were very clear what we wanted. After two hours of back and forth, we finally agreed to price, rate, down payment. By that point it’s 7pm, and their team hadn’t even started paperwork. We had to get home to the kids. I agreed to go back at 12:45 on Sunday to sign the docs, which, they assured me, should take 25 minutes. I arrived on Sunday 5 minutes early. Was told they were taking one person ahead of me, grr. To be fair, that took 10-15 minutes. BUT, they had not started any of my paperwork, and didn’t call me in until 2:15!! At which point they put docs in front of me with a significantly higher APR than we agreed to. I told them they could reduce the cost of the car so the payments netted out the same, or I would walk. They ‘found’ the savings. After over two hours, it was signed. They needed to do some things to the car for Honda Certified. Asked if I could pick up Tuesday instead of Monday. I told them I couldn’t make it until Wednesday, but had to be before noon. Great! Plenty of time. Wednesday morning: “can you pick it up end of day?” No. I explained this already. It took until Friday! The whole work week. Our sales guy was way too happy to tell me how “he was working for us, but”. He’d throw everyone under the bus. Finance is no good. Service is no good. So on. I explained: “all you’re accomplishing is to convince me never to do business with you again.” Let me stress the ASTONISHING THING: If I go back over the experience, including every meeting, call, text: EVERY SINGLE TIME the dealer set an expectation (even small things, like “I’ll get you an update by 11am”), they failed to meet it. Every time. Icing on the cake: they’re going to detail the car before we pick it up. I say: please don’t. I don’t want all the chemical smells; just vacuum it. They detail it anyway. It stinks. Whatever they sprayed on the all-weather mats made them DANGEROUSLY slick for weeks. And when I moved one of the middle seats: it’s a disgusting mess of food crumbs and dirt underneath. They didn’t even move the seats to vacuum! So, wasting hours of our time, needing a full week to get me a car, trying to change the deal at signing, convincing me I should never use their service department, and doing a crap job at a detailing I asked them not to do, I got the car. Please, do yourself a favor: go elsewhere. More

Donnie was amazing - I went in and layed all my cards on the table and he was able to achieve exactly what I needed with no b.s.! A very straightforward guy who treats you like family!
