Donna Nocerino and Oscar Huey were both outstanding. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the cars they sell. The only reason i didn’t give 5 stars is because i was initially offered a very low offer for my trade-in. The dealer (not Donna or Oscar) did come back with a more reasonable offer when i expressed my disappointment. They should have made the acceptable (yet still a little low) offer in the first place. Salesperson Donna was so knowledgeable patient and thorough. If we asked her question she did not know she would research the answer. She listened to our needs and concerns and worked with us. It was great that Subaru made the transition to our new car so easy yes taking care of the registration insurance and license plates for us. And when we went to pick up the car It was Donna who patiently went over all the dashboard technology and helped us get it working. The other staff at Subaru were also great. Everyone was respectful of the new age we live in with masking wearing and sanitizers. More
