I was born and raised in Chicago, moved to Wisconsin right out of high school. Tried a lot of odd jobs until I found my calling in the finance industry. I worked for a mortgage broker until I finally opened up my own company. When the mortgage industry and the market crashed I decided it was time for a change. I knew I wanted to stay in the field and got offered a job at Schoepp Motors as a finance manager. My goal is to make the buying process a positive and enjoyable experience!

In a state of great excitement, I visited a dealership recommended by a friend. The sales representative, Eric, took my information and I informed him that I was a first-time car buyer seeking a Toyota I recommended by a friend. The sales representative, Eric, took my information and I informed him that I was a first-time car buyer seeking a Toyota I had viewed online. He seemed to prioritize expediting the process and approving my loan rather than providing me with a comprehensive evaluation on what I wanted.. Despite my request to view the Toyota options, he did not offer any such assistance. While the vehicle I ultimately purchased was acceptable, I did not feel fully satisfied with my decision. I felt somewhat pressured into making a purchase due to the pre-approved loan and the streamlined process for that specific vehicle. Upon consulting with family and friends, they expressed concern that I was overpaying for a 2021 CHEVY MALIBU with nearly 100,000 miles on it. More
