Being able to schedule service appointments online is a great benefit and the follow up on those appointments is very helpful. Along with praise, I do have a concern, that being the high labor rates. My last service appointment I had the spark plugs changed and to change 4 plugs the labor cost was $190.00. How long does it take to change 4 plugs?
