Joe gave us a complete tour of the beautiful W&L Subaru facility. Joe had our new Crystal Black Subaru Crosstrek Premium prepared and detailed and introduced us to Preston Endy, W&L Subaru Delivery Specialist who educated us on all of the wonderful features of our new W&L Subaru Crosstrek. We are so very pleased with our buying experience at W&L Subaru. The gorgeous W&L Subaru dealership complex is without a doubt the place to go for your next Subaru. We had experienced the excellent W&L Subaru dealership service department in the past for work on our old Subaru Forester. We knew that we were going to purchase our next Subaru at W&L Subaru. Kyle and service department represent Subaru well and are great at their jobs. They are concerned about the customer. I was not impressed with the group of people in the front corner of the sales floor. I great at their jobs. They are concerned about the customer. I was not impressed with the group of people in the front corner of the sales floor. It seemed that I was bothering them when I asked to have my car evaluated. I almost went to Fullerton in Mechanicsburg. As to finance, I don’t think he was understanding what he was saying when discussing the warranty as it sounded like we should not buy the car with all of the repairs it would need. As to the delivery person, he was excellent and knew the new car as well as the old one’s features. Lastly, you need more space for customer parking. You need to reconfigure the sales parking area. With so many cars all over the place, it gives an appearance of clutter and disorganization. As a customer, it does not give you a welcoming feeling when you can’t find parking and scared to drive thru the clutter. More

Dale was a pleasure to work with, patient and thorough, when we purchased our pre-owned 2023 Subaru. The car was immaculate and hard to distinguish from brand new. No pressure at anytime.
