Donna online sales manager was good. She communicated with me and provided information. However, when I got there I was told the total of dealer fee did not include the rest of the fees She communicated with me and provided information. However, when I got there I was told the total of dealer fee did not include the rest of the fees plus tax etc. it was misleading and the finance manager the final one, he was aggressive, unprofessional and racist. I’m Hispanic and I’ve been in the tri-county area for 40 years. This car was for my son. I drove up 1 hr 15 min at night to see the Subaru. I won’t come here again. Thought they would work with me on the fees that I know had wiggle room but they are greedy. $900 dealer fees plus $287 for electronic registration filing fee???really? He typed xxxx over the numbers and when we were signing I knew the digits should have been $87.50 and $698.50 for the dealer fees but I stayed quiet. Even for the pen the finance manager scoffed. Omar the salesman was excellent. The CR V was good in most respects especially the headlights which is the reason I traded in my Kia Soul. I was NOT pleased with the financing and all of the rush leading up to the finish. I had a $500 Honda bonus which, when subtracted, INCREASED my payments! The dashboard is almost illegible during some DAYLIGHT conditions even though Omar did his best to solve the problem. Also, the backup camera is not nearly as good as the Kia Soul. Also, I should have demanded that Honda match the very good programs offered at Melbourne Toyota... Gratis lubes, etc. More

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Southeastern Honda. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is clean and neat inside and out. The experience encountered from the first vehicle I purchased is the reason I went back to Southeastern Honda. They go out of their way to sell you a car, they will work with you on purchase price and then servicing the vehicle. Before I went into Southeastern to make my purchase I was contacted by 3 other Honda Dealerships, not one of them would make the deal that I found here. This isn't my hometown dealership it is 40 minutes from where I live, and we have a dealership in the city we live in. The staff is great and not pushy. I will purchase there again and have recommended them to others looking to purchase a Honda. I went online looking for the cost of the car, I received an email from the internet manager (Donna DeSimone) at Southeastern with a quoted price. I set up an appointment I was greeted by Mike Knutson and he handled the entire transaction, we test drove the car, I presented my offer, and he came back with a counteroffer which was very good. They did not have what I wanted exactly and found me a car. I have been to dealerships that only want to sell what's on the lot and would make you settle for less than what you would like, not here Southeastern (Mike and the General Manager) went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the purchase. We shopped at other Honda Dealerships, but the others could not match what I was looking for. The Internet salesperson I spoke to (Donna) gave me a price within 20 minutes via email. Upon visiting the dealership, I was greeted and worked with Mike, he was very personable, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He grabbed a car for me, we took a test drive and then discussed finances until we reached an agreement. They went out of their way to find us the car we wanted within a couple of days. The rest of the transaction went better than I expected I am very pleased with this dealership, its sales staff and especially the General Manager, as he makes it all worthwhile. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is honestly looking for a new car and is willing to work with the dealership. More

They do not pressure you to buy, no drama here! I repeat, no one is chasing you out to your car or holding our car keys hostage! Adequate selection and if it’s not in stock, they will get it for you. Good to great pricing on your new vehicle and even on your trade. Lastly, Honda’s are built to last and statistically the second highest brand to be on the road with greater than 200k miles. You can’t go wrong with a visit to SEH. Oh, and their service department is awesome. Routine vehicle maintenance is often competitively priced and completed by expert technicians.
