I have been to Sunset Hills Subaru 3 times this month for different reasons and all 3 were best handled by "walking in" without an appointment because when I tried making an appointment online I was unable t different reasons and all 3 were best handled by "walking in" without an appointment because when I tried making an appointment online I was unable to complete the process. All 3 times took less than estimated time. (These included #1.-4 new tires, 2. replace fog light bulb and 3. Missouri state inspection) I always enjoy the Praline coffee while I wait. I appreciate all of the service crew, especially Jeff, Donavan, and James and find the texting of progress to be very efficient communication. This service dept. is DEFINITELY an improvement over the old one at Webster Groves Subaru. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my "Shadow"! More

However, I was affronted by the service rep stating that my car battery by all indications tested less than satisfactory and would be happy to assist in purchasing a new battery from Subaru. I stated that I recently purchased that battery somewhere else out of necessity. He inquired where I had purchased said battery. Again, I was affronted by such inquires for when he responded in a slightly condescending tone that my battery was a rebuilt; for the place where I purchased it that is what they sell. Seriously! I maybe a middle aged female, however, I grew up as little grease xxxxxx back in the day. I know a sales pitch and insult when I see it. Along with a fixed income, purchasing a Subaru battery is quite out of picture. More
