My salesman, Donnie Parfitt was a good person and a good salesman. He is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Donnie P. went over above to help me pre-and post sale! Kelsey Jordan, the sales manager was salesman. He is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Donnie P. went over above to help me pre-and post sale! Kelsey Jordan, the sales manager was also very pleasant. Watch out though for the finance person Do some research before you finance the car and the cost of warranties so you know going in what to expect cost wise, service wise, warranty, wise. This may be true for most finance people because my impression is this is where the dealership can make a lot of profit on selling extended warranties, maintenance plans, etc., and financing your vehicle. When I researched and found that the price I paid for the warranties was extravagant. I called her and tried to cancel, or negotiate. She told me the only way I could do that was drive the 24 hours to go there in person and either negotiate or cancel face-to-face on the premises. I thought this was very odd and I called Ford and they told me no that she could cancel, without me driving there. I also asked my salesman Donnie anb it and he voluntarily stepped in and fixed it for me! So initially I was going to negotiate with Bowditch, but since she treated me so poorly after my purchase, I just decided to cancel with her altogether and buy the extended warranties elsewhere. More
