It was the second time I had dealt with Jason, he was very condescending and didn't seem to listen to anything I said. He also over charged me, charged me for another license plate even though Donald had very condescending and didn't seem to listen to anything I said. I went in alone so I had to go back later that day to pick up my car and could have brought the plate with me. Donald even told me he could have given me a temporary tag which would have been free, but instead Jason chose to charge me over $100 for an all new one. If I ever go back to this dealer shop I will ask for someone other than Jason to work with me. If it wasn't for the free oil change and tire rotation deal I would not have got back. More
