This is what I sent to the Ganley GM and I never heard back. A week ago, we came into the dealership interested in buying a new car. We purchased a 2014 Charger at Ganley in 2014 and had a great exper back. A week ago, we came into the dealership interested in buying a new car. We purchased a 2014 Charger at Ganley in 2014 and had a great experience. I found the Charger at one of your other locations, Bedford I believe. After some research, we found a 2019 Challenger with all of the options I wanted at your Bedford location again. This is the car below. There were some rebates available. We were hoping to be around $30-$31K with our trade in, which we would've been if we got the Challenger for the advertised Internet price. We were told that the $34,500 price couldn't be honored, as that price included conditional incentives. After everything was written up, our price out the door would've been around $36,500 which included our trade in. Since there was such a large difference, there was nothing else Don could do for us. We did a final counter of $34K, which was rejected. Also, we were told the car couldn't be brought to Painesville unless we wrote a deposit check showing we were serious and in good faith. We don't blame Don, as he was probably doing what is expected of him. As a result, we left the dealership. I did further research and found another Challenger at a Dodge dealer that is 73 miles away. I was able to get the car I wanted for the advertised price on their site for almost $6K less than the one I was going to buy through Ganley. We share this story, so that there can be more consistency within your dealership. More
