This is the worst experience we've had with a dealership. We are a business and purchase 1 to 3 vehicles a year. When going in we knew what we were looking for and called in ahead of time in hopes of moving We are a business and purchase 1 to 3 vehicles a year. When going in we knew what we were looking for and called in ahead of time in hopes of moving along the process quickly. Almost four hours later we're finally leaving. We made two additional trips back, an hour each way, to bring the truck in for rust repair. I have a Lynch dealership 10 minutes from us, but was told they can not coordinate with another dealership. They reluctantly repaired one of the rust areas after speaking with the manager, not all, but one. We purchased a 2020 Chevy 2500 HD with 5K miles. The response was, "I'm buying a used vehicle". A one year old truck with five thousand miles should expect to have rust, after all, it is used. Additional damage was done to the door by them while "repairing" the rust spot. Again, had to ask to have that rectified. Having your used truck damaged while in for service is allowable here. Another inconvenience of having to wait while they repaired that particular spot. They had the truck for nine days already. With the poor job of correcting the rust we are taking it to another dealership and having the areas addressed. Apparently spending 50K on a truck and expecting it to have some gas put in it was unrealistic too. I was told they only put gas in brand new vehicles for you. Making three trips with two vehicles back and fourth there is no accommodation here. In fact met with push back. If your looking to be taken care of go up the road to Boucher Ford. They'll accommodate you without being asked; it's just part of their service. Speaking with experience. After purchasing the truck from an auction to make over 10k (ran the VIN to confirm) from the sale, it's apparently not in their budget for a tank of gas and inhouse body work to make a customer happy. That speaks volumes. There is enough ridiculousness in this transaction to be confident to say, this is the worst service we received from a dealership. More

Service Dept. I had the undercoating and interior coating done on my car!!They gave me a 2018 Equalox to use while my Trax was being serviced. Great sales man Went in to the dealer with zero credit. Started talking to Ray Gallo about a few trucks. He was able to get me in a 2011 crew cab chevy 1500 one of the very few truck I was interested in. He did everything he could to get me what I wanted and In a reasonable time. Very friendly people at lynch which makes buying a car a much easier less stress process if you don't have credit or very little credit as i did. I will definitely be referring friends and family to Ray, and be back in a few years when I'm ready to upgrade More

Great Dealership! Came to Lynch not expecting to buy a car. We were actually on our way to another dealer to return a vehicle that we had on an overnight test drive and Came to Lynch not expecting to buy a car. We were actually on our way to another dealer to return a vehicle that we had on an overnight test drive and just "stopped in" to see what they had. Ray Gallo came out to talk to us right away and we were honest with him explaining we were on our way to another dealer with their vehicle and that we were almost sure that was the vehicle we were going to buy. Ray really took the the time to get to know us and what our needs were with a vehicle for our daughter. He showed us a Chevy Cruze which was very comparable to the vehicle we were going to purchase. After driving it, we also liked this vehicle very much as well. It basically came down to price and Ray went to work for us. In the end, Ray and Dana were able to work out a great deal that made the Cruze a better deal for us. Thank you Ray, you're awesome, and to the rest of the team for a great deal on a wonderful car. More
