He always follows up with me after the sale to make sure I am satisfied with the vehicle and with the dealership's services. When you come into the dealership to meet with Don, you are treated like a guest instead of a visitor. I live four hours away, but when I'm in Birmingham, I always make time to stop by and see him because he's such a pleasure to talk to. When you are looking for a friend in the car business, you need to stop by and see Don Thomas. You can't have a better friend than Don.
