As soon as I called, I got an appointment same day. The customer service was excellent. By the time I arrived they were waiting for me to look at my car and had thr shuttle available to get me to work The customer service was excellent. For the last month or so, I've been working frequently with Mark Massey in the parts department locating parts to extend the life and quality of a one owner W202 that had been purchased there new, 25 years ago. Mark has been patient, professional, efficient, responsive, and thorough. I've been dealing with him in person, on the phone, and through emails. Not once have I gotten the "oh you again" response.
