We came in only to look at an advertised Audi 6 and were pleased with the car and its many features. The test drive was great and all questions that we had were clearly answered. We decided to purchase the car and were helped in the process by Mark and business manager Don McGinnis. They, patiently, walked us through every step and even set it us so that we could pick up a spare key locally in Baton Rouge. My wife is very pleased with her car and looking forward to a wonderful driving experience in years to come. The only thing that we can see that was lacking was the presence of an operating manual and handbook. The manual is found in the system, but it would be great to have one in hand. Two suggestions, particularly when someone is buying a luxury car ($40+): 1) Provide two keys with car even if you must inbed cost of doing so in deal. Think most customers would appreciate leaving with two keys. 2) Even if the Auto Theft/Maintenance service sold by Rainbow is not purchased, the vehicle should be FULLY detailed (cleaned/washed) for delivery. Highly impressed with everything about this dealership I went to the dealership with a little hesitance. I didn't want to be wheeled and dealed going by myself without my husband. I went there met with Archie and he was not pushy, very helpful and knowledgeable. The team over there did everything they could to get me in the car I wanted at the note I wanted to be at. I was so surprised at how much they went above and beyond for me. The car wasn't ready at the time I had to leave so he brought it to my house an hour and 20 minutes away. Even after the sale was done they are still very attentive to anything I need. The finance manager Don also made me feel like family. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. From now on, I will never buy a car anywhere else. They are fantastic and sell honest very nice cars. Very knowledgeable salesman,very fair price for used car and my trade in. More
