Service department was horrible to deal with. Issues were not resolved. Tech made several grease fingerprints on the white dash that will not come out. When I called back to address the grease an Issues were not resolved. Tech made several grease fingerprints on the white dash that will not come out. When I called back to address the grease and the unresolved issues the service advisor had an attitude and wasn’t helpful. More

Not efficient or convenient. Why make an appointment which you are supposed to honor and then call 50 minutes prior to appointment to tell me we can’t take you, either you come i Why make an appointment which you are supposed to honor and then call 50 minutes prior to appointment to tell me we can’t take you, either you come in 20 minutes or we need to reschedule. Also, why don’t you allow walk in service with the opportunity to wait like most other dealers? More
