Sales reps were great (we worked with Tsewong and Fiorella over two visits). Absolutely LOVE our vehicle!! Pricing and policies advertised on the website are blatantly false, they will pull a bait Fiorella over two visits). Absolutely LOVE our vehicle!! Pricing and policies advertised on the website are blatantly false, they will pull a bait a switch when you go to sign. We obviously purchased anyway, but potential buyers should be warned upfront. Mostly though, we’re frustrated that we bought a Certified Used Vehicle which means it is supposed to meet certain standards and come with certain equipment, and this was not honored. For example, we were only given one key fob (not the two guaranteed), the vehicle had no owner’s manual, and the dealership refused to activate our free Subaru Starlink trial. We’ve reached out several times to various dealership contacts about these issues and been ignored. More
