He Projects honesty ,caring and works well with customers in all Situations. I do recommend him when ever possible. Don is also a good service advisor as well. I have been talking with different service advisors for years about the f150. More

Service I called. You took my Explorer in within the hour and had it fixed in two days after another local dealer delayed for two months with no repair date I called. You took my Explorer in within the hour and had it fixed in two days after another local dealer delayed for two months with no repair date in sight. And you told me to bring in my old Ranger for a recall I was unaware of. Better than imagined service. Thanks Don Heck and to the whole staff. I'll likely be back for a new vehicle. More
