No responce My wife and I went to trade in our enclave because the salesman who was helping my son get a used truck told me I should trade in the car because it w My wife and I went to trade in our enclave because the salesman who was helping my son get a used truck told me I should trade in the car because it was getting HIGH mileage. So she drove 22 miles into town (I was already there) so we could trade it in. Ken worked at getting the paperwork done then Don who was helping came to us and explained to us that as it was a Sat. that we would be contacted Mon. as soon as they could get the financing. NO RETURN CALL. Thanks Quebedeau. More

The dealership was VERY busy because of the holiday promotion but Don spent as much time with my daughter purchasing a used car as he did with me when I purchased my new Encore. Vicki helped immensely with insurance options and Shawn had all the “special” papers ready for my daughter to sign. A big day for my daughter and a great place for her first car-buying experience!
