Terry is incredible! I have had to wait hours at other dealerships, for paperwork, car to be washed, and all kinds of delays. Terry greeted us as we pulled up, the paperwork was ready, the car was ready! Went over everything with us in its entirety and there were no questions to ask he is so thorough. In an hour!!! Thank you, Terry, I am so happy with my Tucson!
