I am a new customer at Malouf, New Brunswick, NJ. I do not have much to say. My Sales agent , Alex (fluent English and Spanish) did great job explaining everything to me. When my new license p I do not have much to say. My Sales agent , Alex (fluent English and Spanish) did great job explaining everything to me. When my new license plate arrived, I went back to Mamouf to pick it up and Alex very kindly placed it in my car. The car had a long scratch, I wasn't happy about the scratch, I mentioned it to him and he asked the service or maintenance department to fix it. I must admit they did a good job too, the scratch disappeared. . Alex mentioned to me that used cars are sold as-is, the dealer only washes, cleans, shines, and only takes care of minor engine issues like changing filters and oil. But cosmetic problems like scratches, dents, etc., no. I was lucky that Alex helped me with this purchase. Thanks to him and Malouf for the good service "SO FAR". I say this because you never know what will happen in the future, I was a loyal customer of Woodbridge Ford for 20 years and the maintenance service, their auto technicians, their staff has been on the decline in recent years, no longer a trustworthy and honest dealership with their customers that completely disappointed me and I decided to go to another Ford dealership, Malouf. More
