Big Mistake. Glad I came to me senses and went back to Malouf and my salesperson Chris. All it took was about a half dozen emails over the course of 3 days and we had a great deal on a new Explorer(didn't have to go in and sit there for hours). Was in and out in a hour the day we went to pick up.
