I love cars. I've been passionate about performance racing since I was young. I remember being around eight years old when I first picked up an exotic car magazine "dupont REGISTRY". I have owned 22 cars and probably switch them out sooner than I should. Currently, I’m driving a 2019 VW GLI, tweaking and tuning the motor weekly. I've tuned the ECU twice with APR and also adjusted the transmission, boosting the horsepower to 364. I'm at maximum performance right now. In the future, I plan to switch to an all-wheel-drive vehicle since the front of my car lifts, causing me to lose valuable traction. If someone had told me ten years ago that I would be selling cars, I would have laughed; I was managing a $5.5 million construction project in South Philadelphia. I'm also a master carpenter who can read blueprints, from structural to architectural and everything in between. I look forward to helping you find the right vehicle for your lifestyle. See you soon! Outstanding Service from Don Biddle!!! I purchased a 2019 GTI in November 2019. After a year of mulling over a new car purchase, I called the dealership in the morning to set an appointmen I purchased a 2019 GTI in November 2019. After a year of mulling over a new car purchase, I called the dealership in the morning to set an appointment that evening. Don had the car detailed and ready for a test drive when I got there (and I arrived early). Don was candid and patient, making sure all questions were answered to my satisfaction. At no point in our discussion did I feel pressured or unheard. After the purchase, I had additional questions. Unlike most sales experience, he continued to make himself available post-purchase. About a week or so later, I noticed the light in the door panel wasn't working and stopped by. Instead of blowing me off, he apologized for the inconvenience and walked me over to Christine in VW service who ordered the part on the spot. This is my first VW purchase. I've had a very positive experience so far. If I buy another VW, it would ideally be from Don Biddle and Chapman VW. More

Passionate, Genuine, Knowledgeable, and Commitment I met with Don in the parking lot, while I was trying to hunt down a VW Atlas of my preference. Unfortunately the on-premises pickings were slim. Despite already having an Atlas, I was a little reluctant with not seeing the color and upgraded package in person; however, Don's genuine enthusiasm and getting to know his customer requirements facilitated a successful off-premise search. The delivery process went awry, which was out of Don's hands, but Don handled it with grace and assured me the situation would be taken care of. In the end, everything worked out and exceeded my expectations. You might be thinking - well what the heck there was a mistake or they messed up. I say let me see how a business conducts itself, when there is a slight mishap. How do they respond and deliver in a hardship? Well Don and the Chapman team did. -TL VW Atlas Owner More

Sales Staff excellent The sales staff was excellent. The showroom/offices clean and neat. Salesman was extremely helpful and informative. He knew how to do his job well. My only gripe is that the finance department is understaffed. I know everyone is in a hurray but we waited for ever while the office door was closed. Fortunately a second finance person came in and we were out in minutes. I would recommend Chapman to my friends based on the sales people and very competitive pricing. Don Biddle was very patient as I was in such a rush to return to work, he is a great salesman, you are lucky to have him! Thank you, Kathy Price More
