Extremely courteous and professional. Went out of their way to provide transportation so I could grab some lunch. Really enjoy visiting this dealership. Went out of their way to provide transportation so I could grab some lunch. Really enjoy visiting this dealership. More

When the key that was purchased, and cut from their parts counter as well as a fob that was purchased and programmed by their own techs would not start the car. Their assumption was that this was my fault because the key they cut only unlocks the car, and I should have been aware of that. Well if that was explained to me originally I would have just walked out and looked elsewhere. After 2 trips to the dealership a 2nd key was cut and the fob reprogrammed for the second time, I finally have a spare key that actually starts the car. They did try to charge me an extra $45, but I am pretty sure my sunny disposition and vocal tone helped get that taken care of. This is probably a classic example of miscommunication, and most of the people I dealt with there in person acted professional and courteous. That being said I will not be back to Mohawk Chevrolet any time soon. More
