Roger Galvin is the service manager and runs the service department like a well oiled machine. He is very attentive to my needs and knows all of the products and procedures. This all happens due to the general manager, Leo Sfakis. He is a "whatever it takes" find of leader. With Leo, the customer always comes first. Went in a couple weeks ago to look into purchasing a new vehicle. Ended up leaving with brand new 2024 Ford Escape and couldn’t be happier. We flew in from out of state and they took the time to pick us up from the airport and drive us an hour beyond to help us get the car we had wanted.
