My family and I were in the market for an economical new car and found exactly what we needed at Allen Turner. The salesman and financial officer were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Frank went out of his way to make my 2 daughters feel at home while we were purchasing our new Elantra. When we are in the market for another vehicle we will definitely be going back to see Frank Trommelen for another great deal. More

It does seem that all employees should be delivering the same message or going to the appropriate expert for information that they might not have at hand. Extended Service Warranty, Maintenance Warranty, Financing Terms, etc. Initial contact 5/3-5/4 was attempted by internet, first through Hyundai then directly to Allen Turner web sight. E-mails would not process so I got no call backs. Later the following week I tried the internet mail again and the system was up. I got an immediate response. Finally this rating website is not easy to use. Needs a seperate id than what I just set up at Allen Turner. It deletes the brand purchased every time it find missing info somewhere else. More

My girlfriend (the buyer) and I were in a car accident that totaled her car and we started looking for a replacement. She decided on a Hyundai Elantra for the safety rating and it's look. We went to just look and Rob Godwin showed us the inventory and our options. He offered opinions but was not pushy at all. We really felt like we were being informed rather than being sold something which is uncommon nowadays. Rob worked with us to match the price my girlfriend's family was given in her hometown and ultimately matched it to the penny. We just did the paperwork and down payment to acquire the car only 2 days after getting the quote. The whole process took less than 2 hours and Dominick Hayman helped us sign the paperwork. Everyone was extremely friendly and afterwards, Rob went through all the Bluetooth, XM radio, and interior features before we drove it off the lot. After the nightmarish experience of shopping around with my dad for his last car, Allen Turner Hyundai showed us a prime example of how I feel all dealerships should conduct business. Thanks Rob. I made an internet inquiry through their website on a Sunday, and Rob contacted me early Monday. The vehicle models, trims, and specifically the feature packages that I was looking for were not that comm Sunday, and Rob contacted me early Monday. The vehicle models, trims, and specifically the feature packages that I was looking for were not that common, but he was able to get me quotes quickly. Once I decided on a 2013 Elantra GT with the Style package (the rare part) and picked my colors, he was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted in the Southeast and have it here the very next day. There was no pressure, and Rob, Dominick, and John were all a pleasure to work with. This purchase was far better than other dealership experience I've had in the past. We went in to get my 19 year old a new car...her first purchase. I wanted it to be a little more of a "challenge" for her to teach her life lessons, but they made it very smooth and easy. From the minute you arrive at the dealership, you are greeted by someone with a smile. That first impression was a lasting one for me. Next my saleman ask what kind of vehicle was I looking for and gene greeted by someone with a smile. That first impression was a lasting one for me. Next my saleman ask what kind of vehicle was I looking for and generally what kind of options would I like to have on my new car. After a brief discussion Luis came up with a general list of vehicle that we could look at. I must confess. The Santa Fe Sport caught my eye from the moment Luis showed it to me. From my wife perspective, the Santa Fe Sport was a very nice fit for her medical need. She has problems with both feet and the hight of the seat was perfect for her. (on a side note - My wife was not pleased with me as she wanted to look at all the cars/dealers on her list. But I believe the Santa Fe Sport won her over with many, many features and options that came with the car) During the process of working out some numbers that would work for my budget, Luis was highly motivated to work on my behalf with Finance Manager. Initially, I though the offer for my truck was a little low but in the end, I got a very fair price for my trade and a 500 dollar military discount. The finance manager worked extremely hard on my behalf to get the best possible financing. Finally, Dominick (the business manager) had my purchase set up and ready to. I really say, I have never had a new car sales experience like the one I had at Allen Turner. As Dominick pointed out, my car has a 100,000 mile or 10 year coverage for the power train, front wheel drive and engine and that for a modest price, I could get many, many other services added to that coverage. What sold me was no payments for oil changes for the length of the warranty. I realize that there is so much more that I purchased with my plan, but for me it was nothing like my last purchase where I was told I needed to but a paint protectant plan and a fabric proectant plan. That was my error. With the package I bought with my new Santa Fe, I know I am getting real value for the money I am spending. Hyundai my be a Korean name plate, I know that my car was built in the USA and the quality of workmanship and the fit and finish of my car are second to none. More
