We live in Alabama and have heard wonderful reviews about Allen Turner Hyundai. So we took the 2 hour drive down there to see we could get. Much to our surprise everything we heard was true. Our car buying experience was terrific and we would recommend them to anyone. Chad worked with us in the freezing weather and helped us find the right vehicle for our family. He also took the time to show us how to work all the technology in our new vehicle. Ben got the numbers to workout great. The business manager, Dominick went over every detail of the transaction and left no leaf unturned. Overall, on a scale of 1-10 I would give them an 11. I had received a quote from a different local dealer, but after calling around, I found the exact same car for over $1,000 less without having to bargain. I went from quote to showroom in less than two days (simply because of my schedule). The process of actually buying the car (as it was my first time) was made simple with Allen Turner Hyundai. At no time did anyone tell me that the car I picked out was "too much car" for me, and I was out the door with my brand new car in a matter of hours. They even beat the interest rate given to me by my credit union, which was very competitive to begin with. The service lounge was upscale with free Cokes and what appeared to taste like Krispy Kreme doughnuts. This was quite a departure from other dealers' overpriced vending machines. All in all, a pleasurable experience, well, as pleasurable as it can be to spend a lot of money! More
