Service was great and George, was very sweet, as per usual and he gave me a lot of useful information regarding my vehicle's needs. The wait time was fantastic and the front desk assistant, I believe her name was Kasandra, her customer service skills was excellent! Her welcoming smile made me feel like I was someone important. While I waiting on my oil change, I was asked by a sales rep, Javier Narvaez, if I was needing assistance ( I was on the sales floor, window shopping) and he was highly knowledgable on all the different cars, I was very impressed. Although he tried to get me to look at a car that I had my eye on, I declined. His persistance was honerable, was not pushy, but repectfuly persistant. I admilred his work ethics because working in sales is an extremely difficult job. None the less, Javier was very pleasant. If I decide to purchase another vehicle in the future, I would defenitely be asking for him! I will continue to come to Deland Kia for all my car needs. Keep up the great work! Have a beautiful day!
