I was born and raised in the metro Detroit area. I've always had a passion for automobiles, maybe because I'm from the Motor City. Graduated from the University Of Arizona in 1992 with a degree in Philosophy. My wife and 3 children moved to Charlotte in June 2015 and love it down here. We are proud to call Mooresville our home now. I've sold automobiles for over 6 years. I started in Michigan selling Pre-Owned vehicles for a Dealer that had 4 locations in and around Detroit. I managed 1 of the locations for a year before we moved to N.C. I have worked for a few New Car Dealers in the Charlotte area and am proud to say that I've found a home a Parks Chevrolet for over a year and a half now.

I am compelled to leave this review after an extremely negative experience at Parks Chevrolet, which severely undermined my trust in their business practices and customer service integrity. I recently negative experience at Parks Chevrolet, which severely undermined my trust in their business practices and customer service integrity. I recently visited Parks Chevrolet, enticed by a publicly advertised lease offer that seemed too good to miss. This offer was prominently displayed on their website and various advertising platforms, clearly stating the terms, which entailed an exceptionally competitive monthly rate for a popular model. Motivated by such promising terms, I proceeded to engage with the dealership, hoping to finalize what appeared to be a straightforward transaction. Contrary to my expectations and to the clear terms laid out in the advertisement, my experience unfolded in complete disappointment. Upon arriving at the dealership and mentioning the advertised lease, the sales staff initially seemed welcoming and helpful. However, the tone changed drastically once I expressed my intention to finalize the lease based on the terms advertised. I was abruptly informed that the advertised lease offer could not be honored. When pressed for further clarification and attempts to negotiate, the staff became dismissive, suggesting instead that I consider significantly higher rates and completely different terms, which was not only frustrating but felt outright deceptive. This bait-and-switch tactic is not what I expected from a reputed dealership like Parks Chevrolet. It is misleading and raises serious questions about their advertising practices. Claiming an offer publicly and retracting it upon customer interest borders on false advertising and severely damages consumer trust. I had hoped for a straightforward and honest transaction, but instead, I was left wasting my time and questioning the integrity of Parks Chevrolet. Due to this incident, I am left with no choice but to contact corporate headquarters to report this misleading practice and to ensure that other potential customers are not deceived as I was. I advise potential customers to be wary of engaging with Parks Chevrolet. What is advertised may not be what is offered, and based on my experience, customer satisfaction is not their priority. Take your business to a dealer that respects its customers enough to honor its public commitments. More

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! They sold me the biggest lemon ever. The car literally died on the way home right after buying it, less than 10 miles from the dealership because they didn’t put any oil into the c ever. The car literally died on the way home right after buying it, less than 10 miles from the dealership because they didn’t put any oil into the car after their “inspection.” Had to argue with the old guy in service about the car not having oil. I obviously put some oil in it to come back the next day (I live in Salisbury) I’ve put close to $4k in car fixing it from engine fixes, to transmission fixes, etc within the first 3 months of owing car. The dealership didn’t have any interest in fixing it or even helping me fix it by offering any kind of discount. The only way they would help was “we can get you into something newer” literally! Got all the work done by the dodge dealer in Salisbury. They eventually felt so bad for me after throwing money into the car left and right they literally bought me a new transmission for free after fixing one thing after another in the one the car had from Parks, even though the car passed their 172 point inspection (lol okay) I just had to pay labor to put it in. They did all this for me, and this wasn’t even the dealership I bought it from! With all the problems it had/has I’m surprised the car passed their 172 point inspection they claim to do on used cars. To this day the car sits broken down, with to much negative equity, still making payments. Just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!! Would give 0 stars if could! More

Sold Me A Lemon Bought a car from them on January 4th, 2018. On the ride home from picking it up it started knocking and left me on the side of the road, get back to Bought a car from them on January 4th, 2018. On the ride home from picking it up it started knocking and left me on the side of the road, get back to the dealer the next day, finds out the car has NO oil in it at all. Few day later the engine light comes on and it won’t accelerate above 3200 rpms. Get the car to them and I find out it needs one of the coils replaced. Ok they did this for free cool. About 2 weeks later the transmission went out and had to pay over $1,300 at my local dodge place because they refused to work on it. The dodge place precedes to tell me that there was 5/6 codes that have been cleared out, but not fixed, before the car got to them. The only place this car has been before going to the dodge place is Parks Chevrolet of Huntersville. Today is June 7th 2018, $3,600 later the car still continues to have transmission problems. The cars color is red, but it should be yelllow! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!! More

Great service! My wife and I were referred to Parks from our friend Titus Bartolotta. We went this past weekend to look at the new Tahoe. OMG is it awesome! It is so My wife and I were referred to Parks from our friend Titus Bartolotta. We went this past weekend to look at the new Tahoe. OMG is it awesome! It is so packed with features and technology it might as well have been a space ship compared to my last vehicle. We happened to have our two girls there with us that day and never felt like we were putting any of their staff out. They were courteous and helpful with keeping them occupied while we worked with Christina and Dominic on the deal of a lifetime. Dominic showed us multiple examples of the Tahoe and was so patient and thorough walking us through all the features. He even gave us a tour of the service department before we left and made sure we had a full tank of fuel! Christina at the finance desk was instrumental in making the deal work and really went above and beyond the call. Would highly recommend this place and staff to anyone. More
