Thank you, but short of a refund, there is not much to discuss here. You can check the email exchange between myself and Dominic. I have literally spent thousands of dollars at your dealership over the years and consider this episode (I.e. being provided an unnecessary repair diagnosis, then being charged for it on top of that) unacceptable. And to boot, all anyone seems to care about is the survey, not customer service.
