So much was wrong First they said I didn't have an appointment but I did.I was told on the phone I would have to takeit to a Chevy dealer for a recall . I questioned that .She told 3 different deale appointment but I did.I was told on the phone I would have to takeit to a Chevy dealer for a recall . I questioned that .She told 3 different dealers to chose from parma,Middleburg and I can't remember the last one. I received coupon for oil change one day after I had the work done.The coupon expires 7/3/25.I won't need another oil change because truck is stored in the winter.I spoke to general manager he said I could use it next year.I won't hold my breath for that.Paula that takes care of the billing was very helpful and knowledge about the situation and she saw the appointment. More

I had a great experience at Spitzer Buick, GMC getting my oil changed and tires rotated. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. You take your car in because you know that it needs a radio update. And you charge $200 for a diagnostic to turn around and say that the radio needs updated and the radio update is free. Bought the car speakers don’t work brand new car put in order to be fixed in October never ordered the part went in the beginning of month about my back up camera no working any more and the lady had to or order to be fixed in October never ordered the part went in the beginning of month about my back up camera no working any more and the lady had to order the speakers with the back up camera which won’t be in until October so I wonder if I am going to get a call this time to come get my car fixed or am I going to have to come up there again and no order for a year More
