Dear Ms. Robertson, As discussed we confirm the we installed an oil filter housing in March of this year. You have since had two oil and filter changes completed at your new service center. Oil and filter housings leak from one of two reasons, either the seals on the housing have failed, or the plastic housing has been over tightened during and oil change and cracked the housing. Being that you were told it was leaking after an oil and filter change, we requested that the part be returned to us for inspection so that we could confirm the following before covering the repair: (A) Was the oil filter housing cracked as a result of over tightening - if so the would fall on the servicing dealer to cover the error or (B) If the housing gaskets were leaking and if the housing was "Non OEM" as stated by your servicing dealer, than we needed to inspect the part to confirm this statement to be true prior to covering this repair(reimbursing you). Our request to have the supposed "NON OEM" filter housing mailed to us for inspection was denied by you and the servicing dealer. Without inspecting the part to validate their claims, we will not be held responsible for potential damage that the servicing dealer may have caused to your part. As for your statement regarding your current dealer claiming to "worked it out so that they would send a Mopar official part to swap out so they would cover the warranty and labor", that would constitute warranty fraud if their original claim that we installed a "NON OEM" part was true. I would advise you to redact that statement if you plan to continue a servicing relationship with that dealer. All in all, our parts have a 2 year warranty on them, which we (and Mopar) stand behind each and every day when a claim is validated. Have a wonder day. Sincerely, Ellen Customer Relations Manager

As CONFIRMED, you are a LIAR Ellen. Do not play any games with me because I had you on speaker phone so the entire service center heard you and I recorded the call. You originally agreed to overnight a new part to the service center to swap out the part that was confirmed to be a NON Mopar part by the certified service technicians at the service center I want to. They took a side by side picture of the part that your service center installed and an official one from Mopar and there was an OBVIOUS difference in design and your part DID NOT have a serial number on it. It was a fake part and you are cheating your customers. Send me the serial number of the part that was installed so I can verify it with Mopar. I bet you can’t do that. You also claimed that you were going to reimburse me for the money I would have to spend to fix the issue. You don’t remember discussing those figures with Ryan on the phone? If you don’t, you are a brazen liar. Confirm to everyone reading this that I had the service done on March 20th and a few hours later, the oil had leaked out entirely and I was back at your service center that night to get the entire job done over. I was told that the part was “defective”. I have two receipts for the same service on March 20th and March 21st because of your service centers sloppy work and defective, non OEM parts. I filed a complaint about you to Mopar in April due to the poor work and service. The second oil housing filter that was installed at your service center was leaking oil 7 months later. DO NOT attempt to blame the service center for noticing a leak when I went in for an oil change. They immediately told me that there was a leak prior to doing the oil change. I told them to proceed because they said the oil was dangerously low from the leak. What you are saying makes NO sense and proves that you are a LIAR because WHY would you have to reimburse me, if it was an official Mopar part? It would go through MOPAR because they are the ones that issue the warranty to certified service centers and reimburse THEM for the warranty, so you have exposed and told on yourself. There would be no reason for you to have to reimburse me. Giving me a non OEM, fake part VOIDED MY WARRANTY. You should have been on the phone with Mopar, not begging me to send back the part to cover up your scams. MOPAR authorizes the warranty by confirming that the part is OEM and proof that the work was done by a Mopar service center, NOT you. Stop the lies because they are not working. You now have the sheer audacity to attempt to shift the blame on the other service center when it’s been proven that your service center is a shady and fraudulent operation. I’ve had issues with your shadiness in the past and found the case number to confirm your history of attempting to scam me. Tell everyone how I was in an entirely different state 800 miles away and you actually have the nerve to claim that the service center and I “denied” you? I was there and had been driving around with an engine leaking oil which is a hazed to the engine and dangerous! It wasn’t about you, it was about fixing the problem immediately - and the problem originated from YOUR dealership. I’m the customer who paid over $1,000 for this job 7 months ago and you honestly have the audacity to make such a ridiculous statement? You are horribly inept. The service center worked with me to fix it as soon as possible, by using work arounds so I would not have to pay because I was supposed to be under warranty but YOUR part voided that. The oil leak corroded the jumper cables and they needed to be replaced. I should NOT have had a leak, nor a NON OEM part. I asked your dealership to pay $185 for the damaged jumper cables and you refused. The issue would have been solved and you wouldn’t be receiving the wrath that I promised to deliver. I told you that you were going to regret it and I’m going to make good on that. I am filing a formal complaint with the NYS DMV who governs service center and I AM taking your service center to small claims court for your actions. Lies are lies and truth is truth. I wouldn’t be going to these measures if I wasn’t in the right - which I am. I have ALL of the proof to back it up. You should have just done the thing but you chose not to and this is the result of that. You are embarrassing yourself further giving more ammunition for my case against you. To any customer reading this, avoid this service center like the plague that they are
