That is, until for whatever reason, our original salesman was swapped for Dom Hill. He was immediately likeable. Dom took us on the test drive for a new RAV4 and he was very helpful as we asked questions, answering them in a lighthearted, friendly manner. Dom had a great approach to sales, especially when we expressed our disinterest to certain upgrades and perks related to the sale. We needed a car, and bells and whistles fell low on our list of needs. Dom respected this and made us feel comfortable, a welcomed change from the typical high-pressure approach. We felt more like we were dealing with a friend, not a salesperson. We really can’t say enough how Dom Hill turned the buying experience around for us!
