I've been made to feel welcome by the entire staff at Ford of Port Richey, from the time I enter the Dealership Doors. I attribute this to Excellent Management. Terald has sold me twenty new Ford Automobiles, since I first met him. I've heard it say that some folks regard buying a new car as a traumatic experience.
