We purchased a used Jeep compass from Raymond Chevrolet early August of 2024. The car was for my son. There was an issue with the bumper, so they agreed to fix that issue. After picking up the vehicle, we also noticed that the chimes were not working. Since the purchase, we have been dealing with the service department to get the repairs done. Between my son and I, we have had the absolute worst experience. Constant communication breakdowns, and runarounds. We have been waiting for the part for a couple weeks. After urging my son to call, he got nothing but run-arounds and missteps. Still awaiting direction to fixing the vehicle as of 09/04/24. Every time we call, it takes multiple transfers and explaining everything over and over again. Although Darek was great to work with, I would advise against using their service department. They seem completely incompetent so far in our experience. More
