If you want a Mazda, this is the dealership to go to and Dmitry Novikov is the sales consultant to work with. We made three trips to the dealer altogether, and prior to purchasing our Mazda CX90, we had con Dmitry Novikov is the sales consultant to work with. We made three trips to the dealer altogether, and prior to purchasing our Mazda CX90, we had considered Subaru and Toyota. We found that Mazda CX 90 Platinum offered much more for the money than the Highlander, and its design is more appealing. The Subaru was a good car with great features, but its design was quite boring to our liking. Dmitry Novikov knows Mazda car well, and we never felt pressured while working with him. We tested the car, left, tested the other cars, came back, worked out the price, but the car we wanted wasn't available. We waited for a week, returned to the dealership, and ended up buying a more expensive car version as the one we wanted was still in transit. Working out the price was also easy. There were no hidden fees or games. Our conversation with Dmitry's manager was brief and courteous. My husband and I have bought several cars over the years, and this has been the most pleasant experience. If we buy a new car in the future and if want a new Mazda, we'll go back to the Lodi dealership. We couldn't be happier. More

He respected my time, needs/requirements in a vehicle and answered any questions I had -Even after I returned the next business day with other questions and concerns, he was available to meet with me and took care of me on the spot! His customer service skills are 10/10!! You can tell he cares about his customers and see his passion as a sales rep. I recommend him and his team to anyone looking to lease or buy at Mazda. Mateo in the finance department was also awesome. Breaks down everything for you. These guys are a GREAT TEAM. Mazda of Lodi will take very good care of you. Thank you!! :) More
